Chicken Salad Lunch for Nanny & Parrain

A few weeks ago I made a little luncheon for my Godparents Diana and Acey. I cooked fresh chicken salad and served it up with tomato wedges and cucumber spears, a little cole slaw and marinaded roasted peppers, cheese, almond stuffed olives and veggies. For dessert I made a fresh fruit cup with a little whipped cream topping. I got the recipe for the marinaded veggies from my sweet friend Janey. My chicken salad is a recipe from my mama and I came up with the cole slaw recipe from trying different things til i came up with one I loved.
In the next few days I'm going to post the recipes for the chicken salad with instructions and photos, my cole slaw recipe and if I get Janey's blessing, her marinade which is easy and scrumptious.
