Depresso?

When I was a little girl, up until I was a big girl, I always made coffee at my parents home for them and their friends. We would make pots and pots and pots of it to serve in mismatched cups with sugar and powdered cream. At the time I wasn't too happy about that chore, but I'd see my Mama and Daddy enjoying it with their friends, laughing, telling stories, talking about old times, good times and simply enjoying being together. I did not 'get it' until I was a 'grown up' myself. Though most days I drink mine in solitude. Either while reading, checking out Pinterest or catching up on the happenings in my family and friend's lives on Facebook. Oh how times have changed. I never thought I'd see the day when I'd enjoy making coffee, although today I'm making it one cup at a time with my Keurig coffee maker instead of the old fashioned drip pot that my Mama and Daddy still use to this day.

Dear Coffee

I'm a coffee lover and just can't get my day started without it. I didn't enjoy drinking coffee until about three years ago. I still don't drink "real" big girl coffee. I love a good latte, coffee milk as it were. Sugar free french vanilla and a touch of evaporated milk (0%) is my favorite. I like it sweet, really sweet. Yum!
