Its not graduation time in our household but I have created a few layouts featuring our baby girl, Erica Celine, Shabby Miss Jenn Designs created this amazing kit “Graduation Time” and I had to go back and pull some grad pics from Eri’s special time in 2011!
These are the two layouts I created using it!
Our sweet pumpkin Caroline is already ELEVEN months old. Krista and I are in the midst of planning Kali and Caroline’s birthday parties. Kali will be NINE on Thursday, May 9th… and her party is this Saturday and three weeks later Caroline turns ONE on June 1st and we’ve got her party scheduled on her birthdate!
We’re celebrating Kali’s birthday with a Western themed cowgirl party at the Larson Ranch ;) There will be food, games, a photo booth and maybe horse rides if Kali can convince Pop to saddle up Ca$h! Krista and I filled and decorated the favor bags I designed yesterday and they really are adorable, I will be sharing photos of them and the party pics from the weekend next week! Here’s what I designed for her birthday invitation, I used paper from Mary Fran’s Giddyup kit and elements from Kate Hadfield’s Ride Em Cowboy kit. She got dressed up in her western attire and I shot a few photos for the invite and favor topper, she really loved how it came out. they came out!
Shabby Miss Jenn’s latest kits and my layouts made using them! I am in love with the bold and brilliant colors in these kits, love the way my layouts came out using them! The first one was made using “Day of Fun” kit and the other two “See You Smile” kit.
We had a wonderful time watching Kali dance yesterday in her 6th recital. She was beautiful and did an amazing job with her performances. Krista took a photo of me and Pop with her and she was just adorable in her costume.
This morning while Kali is participating in her sixth year dance recital I am babysitting little Caroline, she’s napping at the moment and it gives me a bit of time to post a few photos I shot of Kali that were taken the day of her dance class photos. I took these at home after putting a little makeup on her and a fixing her hair. She’s just adorable in them and I know she’s having a fun day. Dave and I are attending the afternoon performance and can’t wait to watch her.
This past week Alex and Elijah had a tea party with their fellow pre K classmates at SES, it was held in the parish hall of Our Lady of Perpetual Help and the boys enjoyed it. They were OK with escorting their little friend Edith, who was adorable in her lavender dress and flower in her hair, and they liked the refreshments, the dancing… not so much. Eli gave it a shot with the first little dance, then hung out with his buddies on the dance floor watching everything going on around him, Alex opted to hang out with his Honey (Claire’s mom) on the sidelines. We shot a bunch of adorable photos, here are the highlights.

Kali’s Golden Birthday is coming up on May 9th this year, so I’ve created a layout celebrating her 8th year and I used Shabby Miss Jenn’s cute little Honey Love kit.

I created the scrapbook page below using Shabby Miss Jenn Designs kit “Honey Love”. Check out my gallery at SMJD by clicking on this layout and two others I created using Honey Love. The layout features a photo I shot of Caroline last week, she’s now ten months old and so expressive and adorable. She smiles all the time and it brings joy to everyone in the family.

I created this layout featuring Alex and Elijah at their SES Mardi Gras performance at the PTO meeting. They sang and marched to the Mardi Gras Mambo. I photographed them with their Pop and they were all just too cute in their purple and green polo shirts!

With Easter coming just a few weeks away, I was scrapping and looking back at some photos of the grandkids from Easter 2012. We sure had a wonderful day with our families and I’ve created a few layouts of the grands with me in the photo! Imagine that, once upon a time I would never, but I’m realizing that more and more as time goes by, they may want a few images of me with them once in a while to look back at in years to come. I am working on catching up on documenting Caroline’s growth and development. She sure is getting big fast, at nine months she’s pulling up and walking around the furniture and anything else she can grab onto. I made these two layouts with Shabby Miss Jenn Kits, the first one was made using Drama Club and the second one using Raspberry Jam. This last layout is one I made using the sweet little Shabby Miss Jenn kit named “Raspberry Jam” The colors were perfect for my photos of little Miss Linee sleeping in her rocking cradle when she was just two months old.
I’m working tonight on another sweet layout with a cute new kit, that I will be sharing later this week! Lots of girlie kits, but hopefully we’ll have some that I can work with the boys photos on soon too!

Wednesday afternoon Kali, Alex and Eli enjoyed the Mardi Gras parade at SES. Kali walked in the parade around the block and Alex and Eli caught lots of beads and some special doubloons. Caroline and I went along for the fun and she had a great time seeing her big sister and the twins, she got a neck full of beads as well and loved them.
I tried to get a photo of the boys outside, but they were too quick to get inside for Lolli. They are such sweet boys, Eli was the line leader but wanted Alex to come to the front of the line to take a photo with him.
The twins had a fun night at the St. Edward’s PTO meeting, they performed a few Mardi Gras songs with their SES Pre-K classmates and waved their napkins in the traditional Mardi Gras Mambo.

My girl just wanted to play with her babies today, she cooed to them and chewed on their little fists and snuggled them too. She’s napping now and I’m just uploading a few fun photos of her while she played this morning.
