The Little Musician

I uploaded a little video … a very short snippet of Kali practicing her guitar and singing. She started guitar lessons late this summer and is taking weekly now after school with Mrs. Kaye. She’s doing great and I can only imagine how much she’s going to  love this! Pop bought her the guitar for her birthday this year!

Erica’s First Senior Swim Meet

At Erica's first meet of the season for her Senior Year she did really well, dropping almost 10 seconds from her times in 2 events! First place finish in her 100 heat! Way to go Eri! We're so proud of you!

Puppy Pajamas

I created this layout using Shabby Miss Jenn and Jacque Larsen’s “Farm Fresh” kit. It features our little guys with their new puppy pajamas that Pop and I gave them last night after our Sunday supper.

Sunday Evening Games

After supper on Sunday evening, while Dave and Davey watched the football game, Alex and Elijah had their own game of chase and frisbee going (the frisbee happened to be a little cardboard coaster and the giggles and fun that ensued was just too adorable for words! We’d here “Get me brotha” by one of the boys and the giggles and chase would begin. They’re a bundle of laughs and have us giggling all the time. It was a very relaxing evening and I loved every minute of the interaction between the twins. Life is just so sweet with them around! The addition of a king sized air mattress to the middle of the living room made for a great tumbling pad and a super place to snuggle with their  mama too. Hope you have a super week!

Farm Fresh

The new Farm Fresh kit by Shabby Miss Jenn and Jacque Larsen is fresh in the SHOPPE. I created this adorable little party favor kit for the local Cattle Festival. Here are  few photos showing off the adorable favor package. A hat with an adorable tag, a water bottle topped with a cute little cowboy hat, pretzels with a cute cow pop up tag and a cow brownie bag topper. (I recolored the black in the original cow element to brown to match my theme.)

I also created this cute little layout with the Farm Fresh kit featuring Kali, Eli and Alex going out to the barn for Feedin’ Time.

Krista’s Bridal Shower

We had a lovely bridal shower for Krista on Sunday afternoon at Rip Van Winkle Gardens on Jefferson Island. Our event was held at The Orangerie and it was the perfect location. Here are a few highlights in photos of Kris’ special day.
