XMas Gift Box Labels

I had fun creating these gift box labels for Kali's school gifts. The boxes were purchased at Walmart in the craft section and are by Martha Stewart Crafts, I just wanted to personalise them with a photo of Kali. I used Mary Fran's adorable Christmas kit called Beary Christmas which can be found at http://www.nitwitcollections.com/

A little snow...

Yes, you read it right, yesterday morning it snowed in deep south Louisiana! Kali was excited to have a play day with Riley instead of going to school. They played in the snow for a few minutes before it started raining and loved it. I have a photo here of my niece JoJo who lives in Lafayette and they got a lot more snow than we did, they were able to actually build a snowman, he was a bit leafy but that was just fine with her! At our house the ground was too wet for it to accumulate, except for on the house, mailbox, automobiles and tractor. I've included a few photos here for your enjoyment. Have a super day!

Daddy's Sweet Boys

The other night when Bub and the boys came over for a little gumbo supper I shot a few photos of them together on the sofa. They're all just too cute with their matching red shirts.

Cold Wintery Day

We don't have many extra cold days here in South Louisiana, but when we do, we're sure to stay inside, get cozy and Kali loves watching Christmas movies and shows. For Thanksgiving Lolli got her Barbie's Christmas Story and she is really enjoying it. Layout details can be found by clicking on the layout above. Safari of Lights

Kali's trip to Safari of Lights at the Zoo of Acadiana was a memorable and fun one. Here's a layout I created for her to remember it always. I lifted a layout of Nevache's "Just Me at 2" a while back with my layout "Peaceful" and decided to use the template I created for myself from it to make my newest layout. Layouts, Events and Lil Sweeties

This weekend Kali went to the LSU game with Mom, Zach and Ian and had a great time and tonight she went to the Zoo of Acadiana to the Safari of Lights. It was beautiful and she had a great time with Riley, Allison and Matthew. I had the great fortune of spending the four day weekend with Alex and Eli while their mom and dad went to Fort Worth. This morning after their nap, they went out for a ride in their stroller to watch Pop moving dirt for the pad for our new home, the boys had a wonderful time watching the tractor and big dump truck and the goats and Sweettart in the pasture too. I snapped a few fun shots of them outside. Enjoy the week!

Trying Something New

We had a wonderful day yesterday with our favorite three little people so I'm trying something new here, since today I've got so many photos to share that I took of Kali, Alex and Eli yesterday. So I'm uploading an album onto the net on KatyLarson.com and all you have to do to see it is click on the image above to open it in a browser. If you enjoy the album, please post a comment on the blog and I can upload a few more of these as time goes by. The last two photos were taken by Krista and emailed to me. I found the cutest footed pajamas for Kali and the boys. I'll share photos of the boys in theirs when I babysit this coming weekend when Davey and Claire to go to Fort Worth, we'll have the boys for FOUR fun days! Woohoooo!!

Very Best Friends

Erica went over to Uncle Stephen and Aunt Shannon's house for a bonfire hosted by her cousin Andrew. Her friend Tori went with her and Jeanne and some of their swim friends also were there. Erica and Tori spent the night over there and had a wonderful evening.

Halloween Style

That Kali... you never know what will happen when you point the camera at her! I had to work for this photo though, she wasn't in the mood to take photos, because she was getting ready to go to the Great Chili Cookoff and meet one of her BFFs from preschool.
